Refund Policy
By participating in the Founders Event tier sale, all supporters acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable unless the entire Founders Event itself is canceled.

Weather and Acts of God: In the event of cancellations due to weather or other acts of God, no refunds will be issued for tickets. The club will work with the league to reschedule any affected games, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.

Tier 3 Jerseys: Jerseys included in Tier 3 are custom-made. Once an order has been placed and the jersey delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
- Season ticket deposits are non-refundable.
These guidelines ensure transparency and fairness for all participants while recognizing the limited and custom nature of this event.

- Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused and with original tags attached. please contact at shop@clevelandutdfc.com to start the refund process.
